Fellowships For Recent Law School Graduates

Judicial Fellowship Program

The Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, in conjunction with the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Temple University Beasley School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, offers a Judicial Fellowship Program aimed at providing graduates with substantive experience in the law while supporting the court in carrying out key functions.

The unpaid fellows work a minimum of 20 hours per week, handling the same duties as paid clerks, while gaining the benefit of training by judges in the Philadelphia courts. Fellows are free to leave the program with two weeks' notice when they find paid employment.
